1. What types of products do you sell?

We offer a range of high-quality refrigeration appliances including refrigerators, freezers, and chest freezers suitable for both residential and commercial use.


2. Do you ship nationwide?

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.


3. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days
  • Freight delivery for large appliances: 7–14 business days
    You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.


5. What is your return policy?

Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at jermarque@novarefrigerator.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


7. Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, all our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty details vary by product and will be included with your purchase.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.


9. How do I care for and maintain my refrigerator or freezer?

Follow the care instructions provided with your product. Regular cleaning and proper temperature settings will ensure optimal performance and longevity.
